1/ CANNOT RETURN: Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
+ You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of products.
+ Your order was placed 2 days ago.
+ The image quality in T-shirt is considered good.
+ I ordered by mistake/I’m no longer interested.
+ The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order
+ Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
2/ RETURN AND REFUND:
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to email@example.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-15 days to US, 15-25 days to another countries by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you 🙂

– Wrong size received
If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return
All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS REFUND AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN. It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. MAKING A RETURN TO ANY OF OUR US DECORIA STORES For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. All of our stores accept returns; however, for purchases made on box game fun, mail your return package with its pre-paid return label before they can be credited. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.

PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.
